Assessment

Registered Accounts will be reviewed and validated. Schedule of fees and Status of Enrollment will be reflected on your Online Student Gateway account after review and validation by the Finance Office.

Payment

Payment through the Online Payment Gateway of the system will be available from June 27 onwards. For the meantime, parents can pay through the bank. If this facility is used, the parent may upload a screenshot or scanned copy of the payment or receipt to their SPCP-OSG account

Enrollment Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Admission is done online. To apply for admission, kindly access this link: spcpasig.edu.ph/online-admission-for-sy-2020-2021. There are documentary requirements that must be prepared before you fill out the digital form. If you have any concern regarding the records needed, please email the admissions office, admission@spcpasig.edu.ph.

Your daughter will not take any admission or entrance test because it is waived this year. However, online interviews shall be conducted by the assigned Guidance Counselors. Once, your application has been completed and the records of your daughter are evaluated, you will receive a communication to schedule the interview either through Zoom or Microsoft Teams. You will need to confirm the schedule and appear for the interview.

All parents, old and new, must fill out the PFLEx Intent Form for each of their daughter/s before enrollment. It is a form indicating the parents’ intention to enroll their daughter/s and their needs for the implementation of PFLEx. If you have three daughters, you will need to fill it out thrice, one for each daughter. The PFLEx Intent form can be accessed using this link: spcpasig.edu.ph/pflex. One of the more important elements of the form is where parents indicate their preference for morning or afternoon session for their daughter/s.

Yes, the unused fees shall be deducted from the total school fees for SY 2020-2021.

Suspended fees refer to charges on activities that are cancelled and are not possible to carry out during the pandemic like field trip, sportsfest, talentfest, First Communion, Confirmation, swimming, Astrocamp, culminating activities, athletics/sports development activities, field demonstration, CES Immersion, etc. It also covers fees for energy and use of facilities like laboratories. Most of these are not charged Recollection fee has been significantly reduced. Online spiritual enrichment shall be carried out.

The clinic/health fee is re-aligned with safety and sanitation fee. Though the students are not around, the workplace of essential workers reporting for duty as support staff for the implementation of PFLEx need to be safeguarded, sanitized, disinfected thus, the sanitation and safety expenses. PFLEx fee is also charged to cover all expenses incidental to PFLEx implementation like new online subscriptions, i.e. Zoom, upgrading of online processes like the enrollment and payment facility, delivery services, etc.

Parents may opt for one of these arrangements:

a. Annually: Full Payment Upon Enrollment

b. Semestral: Two payments

c. Trimestral: Three payments

d. Quarterly: Four Payments

e. Monthly: Seven Payments

As stated in the policy of pre-enrollment, yes, this is deductible from the total school fees. It is, however, non-refundable.

The school has integrated an Online Payment Gateway facility to our system to cater to different payment methods. This includes Credit/Debit Card (Visa and Mastercard), GCash and GrabPay. This facility shall be available starting June 24, 2020.

Parents may opt to pay over the counter with any of our affiliated banks listed below.  It is important to note that the validated deposit slip (screenshot copy) must emailed, finance@spcpasig.edu.ph so the amount deposited may be identified and credited to the proper account.  Kindly indicate that payment is for  school fees for SY 2020-2021 along with the complete name of student and her grade level.

You can make a request for certification by sending an email to finance@spcpasig.edu.ph or pflex@spcpasig.edu.ph.

The Statement of Account (SOA) was emailed to you before the distribution of cards. If however, you were not able to receive it, you may request for the SOA by sending an email to finance@spcpasig.edu.ph.

The system allows only those without any outstanding balance to enroll. If there is any concern, please email to pflex@spcpasig.edu.ph.

Yes, please present your old SPCPAA card instead and allow the verification process to take place for a few minutes. The earlier advisory on the use of the new ID to be honored on enrollment cannot be fully implemented because not all were able to avail of it before the lockdown.

Yes, however, due to the limitations of the online enrolment system, corresponding discount will only be reflected on the succeeding SOA. Parents who paid in full will be given a refund covering the discount.

The ESC is a government subsidy which can be availed of by the Grade 7 students. Grade 7 parents shall fill out the ESC form and submit online the needed documentary requirements to the Registrar. Application shall be opened only in July or August. The Voucher System is for Grade 11. Application is done online by the parents using this link: https://ovap.peac.org.ph/. At the moment, the online facility is not yet open.

This subsidy is being provided by the government through the Department of Education as mandated by the law known as Government Assistance for Students and Teachers in Private Education (GASTPE). The ESC grant is carried over till Grade 10. The ESC grantee becomes automatically a Voucher System recipient in Grades 11-12. If the incoming Grade 11 isn’t an ESC grantee, the student can apply as beneficiary online to avail of the Voucher System. The amount is coursed through the Landbank to the school.

The Php. 13,000.00 due to an ESC grantee or the Php. 18,000.00 due to a Voucher beneficiary shall be deducted from the students’ account upon release of the said fund by the government. This deduction is usually applied on the last payment for the school year. If the school fee is paid in full at the start of the school year, the amount due shall be deducted upon enrollment for the following school year or maybe requested for refund.

Access the online purchase order form and pay with your credit/debit card. The device may be delivered to your residence with service charge. It may also be picked up from SPCP on a date given by the supplier. Orders shall be delivered within 1-3 months upon placement of order.

The above suppliers also offer payment plan. One can avail of the gadget or device plan using credit/debit card payable according to your chosen arrangement. The purchase order form is available in the website, must be filled out and submitted online. Orders shall be delivered within 1-3 months upon placement of order. This may be delivered with a fee or picked up.

Books are optional. They are available in hard copies and some in e-book form.

There is a purchase order form that you need to accomplish and submit online. Payment shall be done through the school’s existing bank facilities. Materials or supplies shall be delivered starting July 15, 2020. Delivery schedule may depend upon the community quarantine imposed in the barangay or the city.

No need to buy uniforms for this year.

July 20 is the last day of enrollment. The school accepts late enrollees without any surcharge.

GIFT, an interest-based development program, is an integral part of SPCP’s curriculum. It is an essential component that responds to wholistic Paulinian formation developing the right brain. On top of this, the GIFT courses are specially needed as an outlet for the Paulinian’s energies and self-expression. It acts as sound breakaway from the academics and doubles as a leisure activity for relaxation and skills development. The fees have been reduced significantly to cover the fees of coaches or trainers. All students have to enlist in a particular GIFT course as before. Varsity/Sports courses are toned down into conditioning exercises to keep the athlete’s fitness. GIFT course may not necessarily be a carryover of last year. It means that students may change courses this year. It has to be noted, though, that GIFT is not offered in Preschool this year. Music, mime and dancing shall be integrated in the lessons.

The GIFT fee is not included in the schedule of school fees because there shall be a separate registration in GIFT courses. Moreover, the fees in the different courses vary.
